The life/work balance in a European comparison

Families often see themselves confronted by different challenges when they attempt to reconcile family and professional obligations. This article presents the results of a survey of European companies with regard to family-friendly personnel policies. The survey confirmed that most European businesses place a high value on respecting the needs of the family.
