Nine out of ten companies anticipate a lack of specialists in 2020

According to the results of a special survey among personnel managers carried out in October 2010, more than 40% of the participating companies are currently affected by a lack of specialists. Nine out of ten of the survey participants fear that by 2020 an insufficient number of specialists will be available.
