Prof. Horst Rottmann deals particularly with the labour market in his activity as Ifo research professor. This has led to publications on the influence of innovations on the labour market. His studies are based in particular on Ifo microdata. Currently he is conducting research, together with Gebhard Flaig and Ifo researchers, on the impact of labour market institutions on labour market developments.
