Prof. Gebhard Flaig was head of Ifo’s Department for Business Cycle Analyses and Financial Markets from 2003 to 2007 and was involved in numerous projects, including his participation in the Joint Economic Analysis of German research institutes. Since 2007 he has been Ifo research professor and is currently collaborating in a project on the influence of labour market institutions on labour market developments. He is also supervising the dissertations of several department staff members.
