The conference includes a welcoming evening, the main conference and (as a supplementary programme) a guided visit of important buildings and interesting construction sites in Munich.
The morning session of the main conference deals with the special topic "Infrastructure improvement in Europe: private and/or public?" We will hear a main speaker and contributions from Germany, France, United Kingdom and Italy. In the afternoon session representatives of the Euroconstruct member institutes present the forecasts for the three main construction sectors (residential construction, non-residential construction and civil engineering) and for total construction output up to 2004 and with a outlook for 2005.
