The diagramm shows the distribution of employees with different qualifications within the whole organization and the Research and Development department more specifically. It can be seen that almost every second employee in R&D departments has a science or engineering degree, while this fraction is less than ten percent in the company as a whole. The percentage of employees with a PhD is also remarkably high in R&D departments.
