Visiting researchers at the Ifo Institute

The Ifo Institute and CESifo invite economists to come to the Institute as visiting researchers to intensify their contacts to Ifo staff and establish the foundations for joint projects. The visiting researchers can profit from the empirical competence of the Institute and use the extensive databases, which are highly interesting for empirical research and presented in a user-friendly way. The survey data of the Ifo Institute is also available under certain security measures.

To facilitate the stay of visiting researchers, the Ifo Institute has a furnished studio apartment in one of its buildings. The offices for visiting researchers are mostly in the main building of the Institute.
