Meso-level organisations, such as chambers, associations,etc., are being motivated and counselled to consider micro and small enterprises as potential members and clients, to guide them to form groups as a condition for the joint solution of problems, to adapt services to needs and to do advocacy work for the improvement of the general macro framework of small business.
