Tasks:

This doctoral dissertation will look at various relationships between cognitive abilities, non-cognitive characteristics, educational attainment and labour market success. Towards this end, different data sets on the level of households and individuals (e.g. GSOEP and German Socicoeconomic Panel or the Children Longitudinal Study of the German Youth Institute) are analyzed.
