    Jan 28, 2013: The Ifo Export Climate newly calculated by the Ifo Institute did not brighten in December 2012. The climate indicator fell slightly from 0.8 to 0.9 balance points. This slight downturn is primarily due to a deterioration in the price competitiveness of German companies, which deteriorated significantly in December versus the previous month. This primarily reflects the recent appreciation of the euro against the US dollar. Details
