CESifo's seventeenth Venice Summer Institute, organised in cooperation with Venice International University, will be held from 18 to 23 July 2016, with five workshops dealing with the following topics:

Organised by Kimberley Ann Scharf and Mirco Tonin, featuring James Andreoni (University of California, San Diego), Dean Karlan (Yale University) and Lise Vesterlund (University of Pittsburgh) as keynote speakers.

IWAEE - Call for Papers

The 7th International Workshop on Applied Economics of Education will be held in Catanzaro, Italy from 19 to 21 July 2016.

Keynote Speakers will be Lance Lochner (University of Western Ontario), Erik Plug (University of Amsterdam) and Jacob Vigdor (University of Washington).

Full papers or extanded abstracts can be submitted on the workshop website no later than 1 March 2016.

Research Master in Neuroeconomics - Open for Applications

The Research Master in Neuroeconomics at Maastricht University is again open for applications. The next program starts in September 2016.

The Research Master in Neuroeconomics is a two-year, selective, internationally oriented and English taught program designed for excellent students who wish to continue their graduate studies in preparation for a career in research.

The program is jointly organized by the Faculty of Psychology and Neuroscience (FPN) and the Economics Departments of the School of Business and Economics (SBE).

Deadline for applications is 14 January 2016 (for scholarships and first round) and 31 March 2016 (second round).
